Original 1920s North Perth house was retained on this site allowing a density bonus for the developer with an additional dwelling added to the site. The original house with the new additions enhance the streetscape, maintaining the consisitency of the existing houses. New Apartments on the block are designed using the same material palette and detailing to work with the existing brick and tile house while providing fresh modern homes to the site. Access for cars form the rear laneway allow greater landscaping and green spaces on the site.
